Evaluate Your Situation
Things You Should Think About
So you're considering whitening your teeth? Let's evaluate your motivating factors. Are your teeth just yellowed and discolored? Or do you have Tetracyclne stains, missing teeth, or crown and bridgework that may not match the whitened teeth?
If you answered yes to anything other than yellowed and discolored, you are probably not a good candidate for tooth whitening.
Next question to ask yourself if you really want whiter teeth - do you visit a dentist and spend anywhere from $300-$500 per session, or do you buy your own product and do it at home? If money is no object, then by all means contribute to your dentists wealth. If not, then join the rest of us who inexpensively whiten their teeth at home.
Carbamide Peroxide is the ingredient that is most commonly used to whiten teeth with. It can be purchased over the counter at most drug stores. Problem is, the pharmacy will only sell you 12% gel. It's going to take "FOREVER" to get your teeth white with 12% gel.
So what's the answer you ask? 22 and 35% gel can be purchased online with no FDA restrictions and applied in the privacy of your own home at a fraction of the cost dentists charge.

Tired of the ordinary? Looking for a yacht with character, efficient upper teen cruising speed, long term livability, surprising fuel economy, and the charm and warmth that only comes from the highest quality craftsmanship? For decades, the Krogen name has been synonymous with style, comfort, safety, and pride of ownership. The Krogen Express 52', from the design board of James S. Krogen and his son Kurt, continues the Krogen tradition of superior form and function. Finely finished to the most exacting standards and with the best materials, her fluid lines and exceptional performance will satisfy the most demanding yachtsmen for years to come. Her spacious pilothouse and flybridge, livable saloon and aft deck, comfortable staterooms, walk-in engine room and superb finish make her an exciting and uniquely attractive package.

Krogen Express In The News
Boat Tour At A Glance
Krogen Express 52
The newly reintroduced Krogen Express is one of those boats that has always fit into the trawler niche ever so comfortably. Yes, it is a faster boat than many of the other traditional boats, but it achieves speed with class and style. “Elegant” is not a word typically used to describe a
fast cruising boat, but the Krogen Express is every bit that kind of boat. And traditionalists love the looks.
A semi-displacement hull shape that complements the full displacement trawler line of Kadey-Krogen Yachts, the Express is a thoroughly modern boat, with looks that are based on the commuter yachts of the last century.
It is a shining example of Taiwan’s crafted blend of traditional and contemporary.
The 52-footer is capable of running at 20 knots with standard twin 440hp diesels but is relaxed and composed in the midteens. It has the feel of a traditional trawler, with beautiful cherry joinerwork and rich furniture, but Krogen has found a nice balance of liveaboard cruiser.
The key to this is hull shape, as its displacement of over 44,000 pounds is more than that of many other fast boats, yet it slips through the water easily. Such is the magic of the Krogen design team.

Welcome To Krogen Express
Timeless, Classic Style
With her plumb stem, low profile, and painted hullsides, this James Krogen design is sure to turn heads wherever she cruises. Taking her cues from the commuters of the 20s, she is certain to always be in style. This modern interpretation of a traditional coastal cruiser also has functional advantages as well. Her uncommonly low air draft provides improved stability and allows her owners to clear more bridges. And her raised bow and broad forward sections contribute to an exceptionally spacious master stateroom.
Legendary Krogen Livability
Krogen designs are well known for their livability, and the the KE52' is no exception. This begins with ease of boarding, with large boarding gates on both sides of the spacious, covered cockpit as well as a generous transom door. Double, watertight aluminum doors lead to the airy saloon with her large windows, comfortable settee, and seven foot headroom. Her galley up layout with full size refrigerator, separate ice maker, and deep, wide sink make meal preparation a pleasure. Storage abounds, as access is provided to take advantage of every available space. Proceed forward to the raised pilothouse, where her captains is treated to a sumptious Stidd chair, a true chart table and drawers, and a fully equipped helm console. The watch berth is elevated to provide optimal forward viewing and converts to a sleeping berth when extra guests are on board. Generous accommodations are forward for both owners and guests. The center island berth in the master stateroom is a true queen and contains storage beneath. With an ensuite head, two hanging lockers, two dressers, shelf storage, and more, her owners will find storage and comfort for distance cruising. The standard guest arrangement is a den/stateroom combination, with a nice desk, convertible L-settee, and a pullman berth. Include 360 gallons of fresh water, a stacked washer/dryer, easy access to systems, wide decks for easy line handling, and you'll find the KE52' to be an exceptional coastal cruiser.
Cruising Speed and Fuel Consumption
Designed by acclaimed naval architect James Krogen, the KE52's semi-displacement hull is a marvel of performance and efficiency. When conditions are perfect and time allows, throttle back to 8 knots and enjoy fuel consumption of only 3 gallons an hour. Or when you need to cover long distances, make a bridge, or get out of a storm, push her electronic controls forward and run her 480 Yanmars at 80 percent. You'll be rewarded with 16 knot speeds while burning just over 20 gph. With the KE52', the options are yours.
Semi-Displacement Seakeeping
The KE52' proves that you don't have to give up speed to enjoy a comfortable ride on the water. With her plumb stem and fine entry forward, her natural tendency is to slice through waves that would keep many owners of planing vessels at the dock. And with hard chines aft, her rolling motions are limited and controlled. As she builds speed, her hull begins to lift and her angle of attack with change, allowing her captain to further tune her ride for comfort. The Krogen Express is ideally suited for exploring the coast, heading for the islands, or circumnavigating the Great Loop. Krogen Express. Cruising Without Compromise.
Stand-up Engine Room
The engine room in the KE52' is an unexpected surprise, with nearly 6' of walk through headroom on the centerline and easy access outboard of the 480 hp electronic Yanmars. The 12kw Northern Lights genset sits to aft and site gauges on both fuel and water tanks provide a quick and accurate means of measuring levels. The standard Aquadrive system absorbs torque from the propellors so the engine mounts don't have to, allowing them to be soft mounted to reduce vibration transmitted into the structure. Dual Racors are provided for optimum filtration for both engines and the genset, while the Reverso system makes oil changes a breeze. Shelf space is provided for organizing your spare parts and surfaces above both water tanks are perfect for working surfaces or housing your tools.
Old World Craftsmanship
Approach a Krogen Express from any angle and you'll be struck immediately by the fine quality of her stainless steel and glasswork. Her beauty and grace is highlighted by just the right amount of teak brightwork, enough to demonstrate her traditional heritage but not so much that maintanance becomes a burden. Step in through one of her watertight aluminum doors and her gorgeous Cherrywood joinery confirms your first impressions that she's built for the long haul.
Raised Pilothouse
Krogen Express owners have the choice of captaining from up top in the covered flybridge or piloting their 52 from the fully equipped raised pilothouse. Mounted on the centerline, her sumptuous Stidd chair will ensure comfort for the long haul while the raised watch berth provides great views forward and converts to a bed when extra sleeping accommodations are needed. A table at the watch berth is ideal for eating a snack or planning the next voyage on a laptop. Two large chart drawers and storage everywhere make running there a thoroughly satisfying experieince.

Welcome To Atlantus By The Sea
"On a scale of 1 to 10, Atlantus is an 11"!
We have rented in St. Simons and Sea Island for years and nothing compares to your cottage. You're the Ritz Carlton of beach houses. The Cloister ain't got nothin' on you."Kevin SkedsvoldAttorneySkedsvold and WhiteAtlanta, GA
Welcome to Atlantus!
Completed in September 2002, Atlantus is a breathtaking luxury beach house at Coast Cottages on St. Simons Island - featured in Coastal Living Magazine and home to the Coastal Living Magazine 2003 Idea House.
Finely crafted and appointed with antiques, lime stone fireplaces, Brazilian cherry floors, granite counter tops, Subzero appliances, luxurious personalized bath robes and decorated with a West Indies' flair, Atlantus creates a warm and casual elegance.
Stay for a week or a month at what is perhaps the finest beach house on the island. Walk down the brick paved Coast Cottage Lane past classic beach homes with picket fenced yards, grand porches with rocking chairs and spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean to your luxury vacation home ... Atlantus Cottage!
Rising three stories and some forty-five feet off the sand, Atlantus is a four bedroom home with soaring ceilings, two masters suites, two living rooms and four and one half baths. It sleeps 10. From the moment you step onto the travertine marble foyer and Brazilian cherry floors, you experience the grand scale of this beautiful beach house.
"We have had a fantastic week here at your fabulous home. We watched the July 4th fireworks from the roof deck and they were amazing. Thank you for sharing your incredible home. It is so comfortable here and everything is just beautiful."Dana and Doug SullenbergerAtlanta, GA
FIRST FLOOR
A master bedroom with double vanity bath and monogrammed robes shares the first floor with two other bedrooms. Each has a private marbled tiled bath and jacuzzi tub. A dedicated children's bedroom sleeps four. Children have an open parlor with cable TV and DVD that is flanked by hand carved antique Indonesian columns. This gives the children space away from the upper level adult play areas. A utility room with full size washer, dryer and work space completes this level.
SECOND FLOOR
The second floor houses the great room with library, lime stone fireplace, surround sound theater, gourmet kitchen and dining room. Its twelve foot ceilings create an open, airy interior. There is a grand porch off the front of the house where you can view the Atlantic and feel the ocean breeze. It's a great place to grill out at the day's end and dine with your family under the stars while listening to the ocean waves break on the beach at high tide.
THIRD FLOOR
Walk up to a third floor that is entirely dedicated to a grand master suite complete with lime stone fireplace, two private balconies, marble tiled bath with double vanity, shower with dual heads, huge new technology water massage tub, monogrammed bath robes and an additional washer and dryer. Take your morning coffee from the wet bar on the third floor and sit watching the sun rise over the Atlantic Ocean from your private balconies.
After a day at the beach or golf course, escort your guests with favorite beverage to the roof deck rising over forty-five feet above the Atlantic Ocean. Here you'll be thrilled by views of the ocean, surrounding marsh and rooftops of nearby cottages from this spectacular height. The views are dazzling!
Atlantus Cottage is a place you, your children and friends can create memories that will last a lifetime. Romantic for one couple, spacious for three families, this is a rare and luxurious beach cottage, a peaceful community and a great neighborhood. Please call us with any questions or special needs you may have.
We welcome your inquiry about renting this grand beach house at Coast Cottages!

Please Promote Catch and Release fishing
Release Mounts – A Positive Alternative
King Sailfish Mounts, Inc. (KSM) and TBF are proud to announce the launch of a new program in our long-standing Corporate Conservation Partnership that will go a long way towards the goal of rewarding responsible fishing practices. KSM, known for their exceptionally lifelike fish mounts and commitment to conservation, will donate funds, as a conservation dividend from their business, to TBF for each release mount ordered by a captain who is a TBF member. (KSM is creating its own program to give dividends back to TBF member captains ordering release mounts. Contact KSM directly at kingsails@aol.com or 888-SAILFISH.)
Experienced professional captains and mates know that billfish do not have to be killed for an angler to have a beautiful commemorative mount. Novice billfish anglers might be susceptible to false claims that their great fish needs to be killed to create a mount. Any crew engaging in such behavior and bad business practices is contributing to the overfishing of the species upon which they depend for a living.
Anglers on every level should realize that if we participate, we have a responsibility to use the best conservation practices to reduce unnecessary fishing mortality and help sustain fish stocks, fishing opportunities and the future of fishing. Forcing an angler to needlessly kill a sailfish or marlin in order to discourage a case of dockside "buyer’s remorse" over a fish mount is a disgraceful act that insults everyone in the sportfishing community.
Today high seas longline vessels that fish outside of the law are placed on a list and refused fuel, services and catch purchases by many nations. Some have suggested that TBF create such a list of vessels that ignore good conservation practices. Instead TBF and KSM prefer a positive approach by rewarding crews that encourage the conservation ethic.
Captains who would like to join TBF should contact Deborah Cummings by phone at 800-438-8247 or 954-938-0150, ext. 106, or by email at Deborah_Cummings@billfish.org. TBF membership also makes one eligible for TBF’s Annual Tag and Release Awards.TBF is launching new tag and release projects with KSM in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, and in Guatemala.

Welcome To Palm Beach Glam Hair
My Journey
It all started when I was two years old, found a pair of scissors and decided to cut my hair. From there I was cutting my dolls hair, my family and friends hair and experimenting with every kind of hair color. I received my cosmetology license in 1989 in New Jersey, and ever since it has been a journey.
Over the past twenty years I received a degree in accounting as well as a Masters in Business Administration (MBA). I have had the pleasure of working in major corporations, but I kept coming back to my first love and passion. I received a cut and color certification from Vidal Sassoon in Santa Monica, California and was a color educator for Schwarzkopf. I worked in the best salons in New Jersey. In 1999 I moved to Palm Beach Gardens and once again pursued an accounting career. Still not living my bliss and finding complete happiness within the accounting world, I once and for all decided to retire and follow my passion. I have embraced my many years in business and beauty, I now can apply it to my own vision.
Over the past years I have been suffering hair loss. While trying to find a solution internally, I decided to get hair extensions. This has changed my life. I once again found my self-esteem return. No longer did I think everyone was looking at my hair and wondering what was wrong with me. Instead I found I was not only receiving compliments on my hair, but most people thought I was much younger as well. I was once again excited when I woke up and looked in the mirror, no more dread of what to do with my hair daily. I knew I had to share this with other women, so I received a certification from Glam Hair Extensions to do their patented method of hair extensions.
Another facet of study that I have enjoyed and found life changing is the healing arts. I have enjoyed studying many aspects of healing modalities and have shared them with many others throughout the years. There is nothing more rewarding than being able to touch a life and see it heal and prosper. See my Find Your Bliss section for more on this.
I have also been making jewelry with my mother where we have displayed at craft shows and home parties. (see my Enchanting Crystals section)
With everything I have been gifted to experience I knew it was finally time to fulfill a life- long dream of having my own beauty business. I now know my mission is to help others CONNECT THEIR OUTER BEAUTY WITH THEIR INNER BEAUTY. I truly look forward to the rest of my journey and hope that you may be a part of it.
With much Light and LovePatricia

Welcome to the School of the Arts Foundation
Founded in 1993, the mission of the School of the Arts Foundation, a 501 (c) (3) organization, is to enhance the arts and academic programs at the nationally recognized Alexander W. Dreyfoos, Jr. School of the Arts. Funds raised by the Foundation provide for curriculum enhancements that cannot be funded through the School District.
The Dreyfoos School of the Arts is able to provide its advanced level of academics and unique artistic opportunities only by supplementing the school’s budget with private funds. These funds come from individuals, foundations and community business leaders who realize that sound financial investments should be made in public schools such as the Dreyfoos School of the Arts, where high returns are generated for Palm Beach County as a whole.
Did you hear the great news?
Dreyfoos placed 25th on U.S. News & World Report's list of the 100 Best High Schools in the country. (December 2007)
Dreyfoos School of the Arts has been named a 2007 No Child Left Behind -- Blue Ribbon School by the U.S. Department of Education (October 2007)
Newsweek ranked Dreyfoos School of the Arts 17th on its list of America’s Best 100 High Schools. (May 28, 2007) Dreyfoos is the only arts focused high school in the top 100! This is the third year in a row Dreyfoos has been ranked in Newsweek's top 33.
Dreyfoos Visual Arts Department has been recognized by the College Board as the best in the world for scores on Advanced Placement Studio Art Courses. No other school in the world with 1000+ students had a greater proportion of its students succeed in Advanced Placement Courses (2005, 2007)

Millenium Sunrise On St. Simons
St. Simons Island is one of the most alluring of Georgia’s “Golden Isles,” a chain of barrier islands that has over the years proved irresistible to pirates, poets, preachers and patriots. These lush, subtropical bits of land remain as inviting today as they were in the past. A substantial part of St. Simons “charm” lies in its residences. Historically, homeowners living on the island have enjoyed real freedom of expression. What evolved was a “Village” with houses and cottages, large and small, standing side by side. Encouraged by the design climate, many of those who built here exercised great ingenuousness and creativity in construction. Life evolves around the water on this happy isle. At the ocean’s edge you can view sailboats and shrimp boats, barges and cargo ships. You may want to comb one of the most natural and beautiful of Georgia beaches. These are by no means the only attractions… why not golf, enjoy the miles of bike paths, fish off the pier, play tennis or croquet, tour the historic homes and sites or just gaze at our magnificent ancient oaks!!! And of course, nature has her own shows from the glorious sunsets, to the cry of the sea gulls and egrets, or the splash of the dolphins and right whales. All this is found on this treasure of an island along the Georgia’s Golden Coast, St. Simons Island. We wanted you to know more about the island so, if you want to know more about us you can click on our individual biographies at the Our Realtors button. Y’all come to St. Simons Island real soon, but be careful, you may never want to leave.

Salt Water Sportsman 2008 Nation Seminar Series
“The Seminar Series is without a doubt a great way to learn the short-cuts to fishing success, regardless of your level of experience,” says SWS Senior Editor and Seminar Series Host George Poveromo. “The amount of information revealed up on that stage borders on the unbelievable at times. There are no secrets withheld, and I’m constantly amazed at just how specific our faculty gets. The best endorsement to the program’s quality and valuable fishing content, however, is the fact that it has been packing major auditoriums for over two decades! You can’t do that with a second rate show!”
Get your tickets now, as many shows sell out in advance. To pay with Visa, MasterCard and American Express, call (800) 448-7360. To pay with a check or money order, write to Outdoor Associates, Inc., 9930 N.W. 59th Court, Parkland, Florida 33076. For additional information, or to order on line, visit: http://www.nationalseminarseries.com/ . This is one day of school you can’t afford to miss!

Need Marketing Help ?
We at Forthought are proud to announce that we can now take care of all your advertising needs. Weather it be print, Television, Radio or Internet advertising we have it all. In this post we will talk about Internet advertising and how it can help you.
Currently we are running campiagns on Google Adwords and adsence, Yahoo and MSN with great success. This the best advertising i have seen as far as being cost effectiveness and getting your website superior traffic. Also i believe it helps to to keep the search engines crawling your site which will help greatly search engine rankings.
The way it works:
1- Decide on a daily budget.
2- Produce an advertisement.
3- Research and pick revelent keywords to your market.
4- Let the fun begin.
After the campaign starts it will be my job to monitor it all day. I will be adjusting cost per click prices to make sure that we stretch the budget as far as possible and making sure that you stay ahead of the competition. One of the most important things in this market is to stay on the first page(top) of an internet search related directly to your field. Also as time goes on we will be adding and deleting keywords and phrases when we see what people are clicking on that bring them to us.
For more information on getting an internet campaign started please e-mail

Welcome Balanced Living Inc.
Feng Shui principles teach that interior spaces work best when they mimic the productive natural cycle of life. Most of us are not acutely aware of the affect that our home and work environments have on us. Interior environments and the traffic flows created from room to room unconsciously affect us and our energy, both physically and emotionally.

Great free downloads from our friend at Major Geeks
Must have FREE downloads
http://www.majorgeeks.com/page.php?id=20
MajorGeeks is here to help you get the most out of your computer mainly by offering tools to the beginner or advanced user (hopefully you someday). Try not to be overwhelmed, just take it one step at a time. Your hosts (Jim and Tim) are both self taught, as are many of our visitors. Many of the files found here give you a nice interface and even explain things for you in simple terms.
Read A Little: March over to the Support Forum, read or ask questions and learn a little about the lingo. Its a great place to ask questions you might normally be afraid to ask. We have some great people there who are always glad to help. There are literally years of questions archived on the forum. You do not need to register there to read messages, only to post or use advanced features. The overwhelming majority of visitors to the forums never register or post, but still find the answers they need.
